Sound Marine Skills, Inc. Management and Instructors The administration of Sound Marine Skills’ programs is headed by Dr. Daniel R. Snyder (Master Instructor, Connecticut DEP & U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary; Director of Program Development, Sound School) and Capt. Robert R. Boulware (USCG 1600 ton Ocean Master’s License; ABYC Standards Certification; Nautical Science Instructor, Sound School).  Instructors are teachers at the Sound School Regional Vocational Aquaculture Center or are master technicians working at major area marinas and boatyards.
